how to cure swollen and bleeding gums in toddlers




bleeding gum is a symptom of sign of gingivitis, gingivitis is one of the diseases of gums of the teeth,  bleeding gums, swollen and inflammation of the gum surrounding a tooth are one of the signs of a  gingivitis.
 Gingivitis in a toddler is sign of lack of good oral hygiene, this infection is caused as a result of accumulation and building-up of bacteria in the mouth, this bacteria are called the periodontal bacteria and are the major causes of gingivitis.
 It is the responsible of the parent especially the mother to take care of the child hygiene and overall health, routine brushing of the mouth and change in the child diet should be considered.
 Parent should avoid the mistakes of allowing their toddler to brush their teeth by themselves, some parent may  not taking teeth brushing for their little ones as a serious issue and this is a big mistake, lack of regular brushing of the teeth can lead to many health challenge one of which I the gingivitis and tooth decay.
 Another ting to do to stop and prevent gingivitis in children is to check their diet, tooth-unfriendly foods should be avoided, sweety and sugary food  like sweets and their like are some of the the things our toddlers like to consume,, same way bacterias also like sugary food, .
  Regular tooth brushing and avoiding sugary foods should be encourage by all parent,        parent should also imbibe the spirit of tooth brushing to their children by making it a routine and a playful activities.
