frequent use of mouthwash can leave your discolour your teeth, making them look  dirty and unpleasant,
 tooth stains occur when we use mouthwash that contain artificial dyes, these dyes leave our teeth colored and with time they stained.  The food we eat as well s what we drink can cause a teeth stain, tobacco are also know for causing teeth stain.
 We can prevent tooth staining by immediately brushing our teeth after using  mouthwash  but most of the time we were told not to brush our teeth for atleast an hour to allow the mouthwash to kill the bacteria. And by doing so we left our teeth to stain.
 Other cause of tooth stain is coffee, coffee is known to cause tooth staining, this occur when tannins in the coffee build-up on the enamel

 There are many mouthwash that do not contain  artificial dyes, these mouthwash will kill and clear gum bleeding and gingivitis causing bacteria and leave your teeth clean. Then why use another that will stain your teeth.
