how to prevent gum disease




 Gum diseases are caused by the presence of bacteria , when bacteria accumulate, they build up and cause pains, bleeding and swollen of the gums. These bacteria can also cause a cavies and tartar.
 To prevent this from  occurring  you can follow the following procedure
1.      Brushing of the teeth daily: you should brush your teeth at least twice in a day  or after every meal, brush your teeth, your teth is about 25% of your mouth, it can a home to numerous bacteria if you left it without brushing.
2.      Avoid licking sweet at night: when you lick sweets or eat sugary food at night and goes to bed without properly brushing your teeth, you are in the other way inviting bacteria. These microbes like sugary foods.
3.      Replaces your toothbrushes every three month or four, especially if the bristles have fayed.  A fayed toothbrush cannot remove all foods remains in your mouth.
4.      Visit a dentist : see your dentist at least two times in a years, this will be of great importance for professional cleaning and oral exam.
5.      Maintain a healthy oral-care routine. Make it a goal this week to brush and rinse twice in one day, and floss once. That extra 30 seconds of swishing will make your mouth so clean and healthy, you'll love the feeling and do it again the next day.
6.      Use mouthwash : don’t rely on toothpaste only, from time to time buy a mouthwash and rinse you mouth. Mouthwash are more effective in killing bacteria than ordinary toothpaste, they mostly anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-imflamamtary
